A homemade duck terrine with pistachios and port wine, accompanied by celery raguis, garnished with pumpkin and apple
chutney. A pink roast duck breast on a fine orange sauce with Cointreau. Roast beef fried in butter from the Bäggli on
a strong Wildrahmsauce or roasted in butter Rehgeschnetzeltes prepared on Nüsslisalat.
