From Saturday, September 9th, we will ring the culminating autumn in the Waid!
Autumn time – wild season.
Also this year we will enchant you again from autumnal creations a la Jean-Luc Boutilly:
Look forward to a fine home-made wild broth, refined with sherry, vegetables and raviolini.
A homemade Ententerrine, refined with port wine. A pink roasted wild boar entrecote with
spicy pumpkin vegetables. Fried brioche from the Bäggli in butter with a strong wild
cream sauce or a fried sauerkraut with sauerkraut.
