NO SHOW: In the event of a no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of CHF 50.00 per reserved person unless you inform us of the updated number of guests 3 hours before arrival.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations can be made free of charge in writing by email up to 24 hours in advance. After that, our no-show policy applies.
