Our chef and his team create menus using the best and freshest seasonal produce available. Seasonality is our top priority. We focus on the seasons rather than retailers who offer seasonal products all year round. We make sure that our products come from Switzerland wherever possible.

T-Cuvée Bianco Vigneti delle Dolomiti igt
Alto Adige, South Tyrol, Italy. Grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc. After being harvested by hand, the grapes are delivered in small containers and then gently pressed. The wine is aged in steel tanks without biological acid reduction. The aromas are reminiscent of white flowers and apples. On the palate, the T Cuvée Bianco presents itself with balanced acidity and pronounced aromatic notes.

Château Aspras Tomares Ballus 2025
Côtes de Provence AOC. Grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault. In the glass, it displays a light, delicate rosé color with salmon-pink reflections. The nose unfolds aromas of red berries (raspberry, strawberry), pear, and citrus notes, accompanied by fine floral nuances. On the palate, the wine is fresh, round, and balanced, with lively acidity, a lovely minerality, and a dry, fruity finish. A delightful Provence rosé that’s simply fun to drink!

Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. Grape varieties: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Syrah. Aging: 12 months in barrique. Fruity bouquet with aromas of blackcurrants, ripe cherries, dark plums, a touch of licorice and clove. Juicy and fruit-forward palate with soft tannins and excellent balance.
Zahir Cuvée 2019
Oliver Zeter, Pfalz, Germany. Grapes: Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot. Aging: Oak barrel
In the glass, it presents itself in a deep ruby red with a dark core. On the nose, an intense interplay of aromas unfolds, including blackcurrant (cassis), ripe cherry, and delicate notes of cedar, tobacco, and graphite. On the palate, the wine is dense, fleshy, and superbly structured, supported by vibrant acidity and ripe, well-integrated tannins. Barrique aging lends additional depth, fine toasty aromas, and spicy complexity. The long, compact finish impresses with dark fruit, spice, and great aging potential.
