Our chef and his team create menus using the best and freshest seasonal produce available. Seasonality is our top priority. We focus on the seasons rather than retailers who offer seasonal products all year round. We make sure that our products come from Switzerland wherever possible.

On the nose, it smells of ripe cherries, red berries, and delicate spices such as cinnamon and vanilla. On the palate, it impresses with good structure, velvety tannins, and a pleasant freshness on the finish. An approachable yet characterful wine with a Mediterranean flair.
Château Magnan la Gaffelière 2020
Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion AOP, France. Grape varieties: Merlot, Cabarnet Sauvignon, Cabarnet Franc. Aging: 12 months in barriques (30% new), amphora & concrete. A powerful yet elegant Bordeaux with a deep dark color and complex aromas. The nose reveals notes of black cherry, cassis, violet, dark chocolate, and fine roasted aromas.
