Our chef and his team create menus using the best and freshest seasonal produce available. Seasonality is our top priority. We focus on the seasons rather than retailers who offer seasonal products all year round. We make sure that our products come from Switzerland wherever possible.

On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with balanced acidity and a fine texture. The lively, slightly creamy finish with a subtle sweetness rounds off the wine wonderfully.

Markus Wines, Dalmatia, Croatia. Grape variety: Maraština. Light greenish-yellow with silver reflections. Nuances of Golden Delicious apple, delicate hints of honeydew melon, orange zest undertones. On the palate, white peach, elegant and juicy, fine acidity, mineral finish, a refined accompaniment to food. An extremely aromatic and complex white wine with 92 Falstaff points!

Aging: 12 months in barriques This wine presents itself in an intense ruby red and impresses with a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, Mediterranean maquis, and subtle hints of licorice. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and elegant, with a velvety texture and soft tannins. The balanced acidity lends it freshness and finesse, while the finish is long and harmonious. A characterful, approachable, yet refined top-quality Italian Merlot.
City of Zurich Pinot Noir Réserve 2022
Sonnenberg, Landolt Wines, AOC Zurich. Grape variety: Pinot Noir. Aging: Barrique. Dark ruby red in the glass. On the nose, intense black berry aromas, elegantly underpinned with subtle vanilla and toasty notes. On the palate, the wine is powerful, harmonious, and with a remarkably soft tannin structure.
