Our chef and his team create menus using the best and freshest seasonal produce available. Seasonality is our top priority. We focus on the seasons rather than retailers who offer seasonal products all year round. We make sure that our products come from Switzerland wherever possible.

Château Aspras Tomares Ballus 2025
Côtes de Provence AOC. Grape varieties: Grenache, Cinsault. In the glass, it displays a light, delicate rosé color with salmon-pink reflections. The nose unfolds aromas of red berries (raspberry, strawberry), pear, and citrus notes, accompanied by fine floral nuances. On the palate, the wine is fresh, round, and balanced, with lively acidity, a lovely minerality, and a dry, fruity finish. A delightful Provence rosé that’s simply fun to drink!

Château Tournefeuille 2023
Lalande de Pomerol AOC. Grape varieties: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aging: 18 months, 20% in tanks and 80% in used barriques. The color is a dark, matte Bordeaux red. The bouquet is delicate, showing depth, with a woody character and a subtle hint of bitterness. The barely perceptible fruit notes are somewhat reminiscent of currants. On the palate, thanks to its fine, well-balanced acidity, it reveals a fresh, fruity character, but then transitions back to more woody and toasted aromas, which also leave a subtle hint of bitterness here.
Selección Especial DO Vino de Pago 2020
Selección Especial DO Vino de Pago 2020. Abadia Retuerta, Spain. Grape varieties: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah. Aging: 10 months in American and French oak. The quality and maturity of the vintage are already evident on the nose: an intense, complex bouquet of ripe berries and fruit aromas, spices, undergrowth, and subtle toasty notes, tobacco, smoke, and leather. Velvety, soft, and yet fruity and profound, this Selección Especial impressively expresses the terroir; so it is written on the back label. This is evident both sensorily and upon tasting. The Ribera del Duero is known for its distinctive wines, which combine the freshness of the continental climate at over 700 meters above sea level with the ripeness of sun-drenched Spain. The founding winemaker, Ángel Anocíbar, proves once again with this cuvée (75% Tempranillo) that he has a firm grasp on the interpretation of terroir and grape varieties.
