Our Menu

Our Chef and his team create the menus from the best and freshest products that are available depending on the season. Seasonality is paramount. We orient ourselves to the seasons and not

to retailers who offer seasonal products all year round. We make sure that our products come from Switzerland whenever possible. When it comes to meat and fish, we do not go beyond the borders of Europe.
